Guest Concierge (GC)
If you haven't already, you need to assign a Guest Concierge to run your show's Guest Management.
This person handles Workflow Stages 0 through 5.01
Go into the HOSTMaster White Glove Strategic Guesting and assign your GC to the workflows for Stages 0 through 5.01 that have "Assign User" in the title.
The GC should check their APP Notifications and Tasks DAILY so nothing falls through the cracks.
Production Manager (PA)
Stage 6 has to do with adding the Episode Number and Sharable Media link / URL to the Contact's information within the CRM so their email can have that complete information.
This might be the same person as the GC.
Assign the PA to the "Stage 6" Workflow.
The PA should check their APP Notifications and Tasks DAILY so nothing falls through the cracks.
The Face of the Show During Guest Recruitment - The Show's Host by Default
During the process of bringing guests onto your podcast / video channel, there are times when someone needs to be the face of the show to close the deal.
Whose signature line should appear on the emails?
Who will take care of the "quick info calls" when potential guests want to talk to a person before submitting their Intake Form or booking the interview?
Our White Glove Strategic Guesting system assumes both of these are the host. If that is not the case for your team, it can be customized in the Settings > Custom Values section in the "Podcast Host Information" folder.
