Sending Note Cards has been a special touch that has helped us book some pretty amazing guests in the past.

Like the phone calls, these are added as Tasks and Notifications assigned to the Guest Concierge to give you more flexibility. They can also be automated through custom setup.

Step 1: Write a short script on a shareable document for your assistant (or yourself) to use on note cards.

Step 2: Add the link to the Custom Value "Guest Invitation Follow Up Note Card Scripts URL"

Step 3: Have note cards on hand.

Alternatively, you can use a company that automates this step and mails it directly to the contact.

Note Cards go out in Stages 1.00 and 1.01.

One note card is sent to each prospect who has not yet replied after 3 emails.

Email 4 goes out soon after, which we've seen have among the top response rates when the note card is sent out.

The second highest response rate we've seen with note cards being involved is Phone Call 2 (after the 4th email).
