This can be done using the Custom Values Entry Survey
Once the domain is assigned to your funnels and the 4 Marketing Optimization Items are created and uploaded and can be viewed by anyone with the link, you are ready to use our EASY form to update your Custom Values!
Preparation is Key
Click here to look at a spreadsheet with the Custom Values that need to be entered. You can save it as a copy and use it to keep track of your Custom Values before you take the time to submit them into the Survey as outlined below.
When you use the categorized tabs on that worksheet instead of the tab with all of the Custom Values, it will make it easier to enter your information page by page.
Open, Complete, and Submit the Survey
In Sites > Surveys > Builder open the "Admin Only" folder.
Click on the Survey: Custom Values Entry (Password Required)
Click "Integrate" on the top left of the screen.
Click "Link"
Click the "open link in new window" icon
Bookmark the page
Complete and submit the survey.
If the email address is not the one assigned in the Custom Values as shown in Step 2, the system will allow you to submit the survey, but the Custom Values will not change.
There are no "required" fields, other than the email, so it is possible to submit the form incomplete.
When you open the survey, you'll also see the active Custom Values.
Once you click "submit" you can wait a few minutes and refresh the survey to confirm that the Custom Values updated.
