(INTERNAL) Invite Contact to Podcast Form
As you come across people you'd like to invite, or if someone reaches out to you and asks to be on your show, the "(INTERNAL) Invite Contact to Podcast" form adds them to the nurture sequence that best fits.
1. Cold
If They are Not Expecting an Email they enter Stage 1.00
2. Warm
If They ARE Expecting an Email with More Information About Being on Your Show, they enter Stage 2
3. Referred
If They are Referred, they enter Stage 1.01
In Stages 6 and 7, one email asks for referrals from the guest. Whether you get a referral from your guests or someone else, there is a simple form to get them into the system with a nice, warm email sequence to get them on your show.
As soon as they are added using this form, they will enter Stage 1.00 or Stage 1.01 if identified as a referral (be SURE to add who referred them or the email will look weird).
